Ridiculously long and drawn out. Had to first take the Vista CCT exam that you have to spend time practicing and studying for. I passed that and then had 4 rounds of interviews. I made it all the way to in person meeting, went great and then references and then never got a response. Crickets. Biggest waste of time I've ever had in my professional career. I think you have to be one of "theirs" to be in the cool guys club or something.
