Be prepared for MANY interviews. I invested a lot of time in 5 separate occasions meeting 10 people. Almost all people asked the same generic behavioral questions. Sadly did not connect with one of those people and that was their reason for not bringing me on. Seems to be a very specific culture and they are looking for cookie cutter individuals and not people with outgoing personalities.
