They seem to want a lot out of you with very little in pay to justify the workload especially if they are targeting highly skilled content creators and videographers and especially if they are targeting foreigners. It's actually a bit disrespectful to the craft. It kind of felt like they were hoping to get lucky with a desperate anime fan trying to transition out of teaching English. What they still haven't seemed to realize is that any content creator/videographer that have the skills to do everything they want would either pass or just switch jobs to free lance sometime after there visa is set up by them. It's probably why I'm still seeing their job listing for this same position even more than 2 years out.
