You talk to 3 different supervisors / Leads, they ask different questions depending on job you are applying for so brush up, and research the company prior to interview. The interview process is very easy, two of the interviewer supervisors are extremely easy to talk to, one of them a female supervisor seems not to like males very much ( talked about it with other interviewers while waiting to be called on) so try to keep your answers direct and to the point. At some point in the interview process they will ask about your personal life, once again with the two male supervisors just be open about yourself, they are very funny and approachable, but with the lady keep your answers as short as possible.
