Very easy process - I had first applied months before for a different job and then I got an email from the recruiter asking if I was interested in a sales position. Very smooth interview process.
Process: First an email from a recruiter, then a phone call from a recruiter, Interview with Regional sales manager and 1 other person, then offer - all pending drug test and background check.
Brief 30 min phone convo asked a range of questions, they try to determine weather or not you will be a good fit for a sales position depending on your personality and skill set .

Applied online. HR reached out to me and informed me that I have a scheduled 1 on 1 with a manager. The managers look for certain core competences.

Two interviews, one with Regional Manager, second with District manager via Zoom call. Rather difficult interview which not a lot of people make it to the second interview unless the regional manager really likes you.
