Interview process was pretty straight forward. First was a phone screening from someone in recruitment. They ask basic, standard questions, then if you pass this, you are given a personality test along with a computer skills test. It's recommended that you know how to use basic computer functions, I've met a lot of people who have their family members take the computer test for them, but struggle at the job. Once you pass the first round you are usually scheduled to meet with management. The interviewees usually have 2 to 4 people who ask more specific questions, about solar, SolarCity, and your sales experience. Depending on how you do management will decide whether you should move up to outside sales, or settle for a lead generating position. It's recommended that you shoot for outside sales, since people often get stuck in the lead generation position without consideration of a promotion.

Brief 30 min phone convo asked a range of questions, they try to determine weather or not you will be a good fit for a sales position depending on your personality and skill set .
