I received a call from the recruiter and had a phone interview with him for 15+ minutes, after a few hours he called me back and set up a face to face interview with 3 managers, one from my department, one from each department that I would be working with most closely. There were three mangers from the departments you work with the most, my manager today asked a lot of questions back to back so I had to be able to think on my feet and quickly. All of them were upfront with the position and opportunities available at the company. They weren't trying to sell me on the position because there were lots of people trying to fill the position, they were trying to make sure that I was a good fit for them and that I could keep up in an environment that was fast paced and changed weekly. I received a call back from the recruiter and he extended me the offer that day, after accepting he told me I would start in a week because it took them about that long to get everything set up in their system.
