The interview process consisted of three rounds. First was an initial CEO screening to assess my background and general fit for the role. The second round was a more in-depth conversation with the Head of Clients, focusing on my experience with managing digital accounts, leading teams, and handling high-pressure client situations. The final stage included a case study presentation where I had to propose a digital strategy for a hypothetical campaign. Each stage was well-structured, with clear expectations and timely feedback.
