Got put forward by a recruiter, met the Sogeti team leader for a 45 minute chat, got drilled on testing. I'd recommend being really read up on application testing and agile vs waterfall methodology before going into the interview.

Entrevista
Simple sales process. Recruiter, hiring manager, regional manager and CSO.
Very straightforward and basic. Recruiter screen, face to face with hiring manager or Geo Vice President, call with Regional Vice President and then Chief Sales officer. Drug Test required. No aptitude test. References checked.

Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward and casual. I had four separate interviews (1 phone & 3 in person). All meetings were well organized and the interviewers were friendly and professional. Most of the interview time was spent discussing my background and experience with enterprise size customers. There was also a good amount of time discussing Sogeti as a company and their benefits to employees.
