There were two interviews in total, one with a recruiter and one with my potential team manager. Both interviews were fairly relaxed, and in both cases I got the clear impression that not only are they interested in evaluating me for the position but they were also very keen on presenting themselves and why I would want to work there. In essence, there was a balance where both parties were evaluating each other and presenting themselves to the best of their ability. I appreciated that very much. After the second interview I was given links to do a formal personality test and logic test.
