Entrevista
Two stages of face-to-face interviews following an open-book code evaluation. The first stage was a screening interview with the executive management, and the second stage was a behavioural fit and technical stage with the development team, involving a roleplayed development scenario. Transparent evaluations were given following this stage.

How does your experience relate to understanding and communicating with ERP users and clients?
Interview had do at your own time tests in Testdome. Based on database, full stack dev. They were difficult but they allowed multiple attempts. Interviewer was ok. I just didn't vibe with the process though.
