first and second rounds are good. But in final technical round they do not have right persons to take interview for C# with wpf. They are not interviewing experience as in that level. They doing like freshers. I felt like the people who took interview for me they are not from .Net domain. The girl who took first round have more knowledge in wpf and C# than the guys who took final.
