Initially interviewed by two technical Engineers , who are competent in their skills and interview went well. Once they short list , Manager round took almost 2 weeks and finally the interviewr is not skilled and he know only one question asking tell me how to design a netflix like architecture. I have explained clearly , however he speaks like he is the one designed Netflix infra etc.. and later he didnt reject me , instead he told he need soem time . he dragged this process almost a month and then told Recruiter he wants to interview me again . He came up with similar questions again and later again hold for 2 weeks and then said not suitable .

Multiple rounds, panel interview and one to one interview. Then assessment test was there. Different experience, test case based interview, video call over teams. Telephonic interview well done sir hellooo hey
