I was interviewed in 2021 and its personal experience.They are literally not transparent and only hire with references.I had 4 to 5 rounds(each round almost 1 hour) in 10 working days and then i was turned down.HR called and processed my profile then 2 TLs both of them asked references in company and asked literally low standard questions.Someone who is back from UAE and his degrees are stamped from 2 countries doesnt really need references , at least for authenticity.Plus if they would hv turned my application down in 2nd round thats ok...i am not blaming them it might be their procedure but its not good to waste time of a job seeker.If you are not hired HR won't call you.
