Java is the main need here. Additionally people expect js, angular etc. More tendency to AI. Here the interview process is bit easy and quick. Online interview and they asked about previous jobs and experience. Importance was given to projects and past jobs. Lots of questions were asked in the interview. HR round was there in addition to coding round
