Its good and very detailed, take lot of effort to clear ...this is one of the most complex interview process.
Company has ery good team of interviewer, HR is very helpful and willing to help. Interview process takes at most one day, and HR make sure things complete within a day.
R&D interview process is bit more complex than the GCS
