had to complete a "job assessment" type test that allegedly tells you your strengths and weaknesses. This test is discussed during the interview process and its results are taken very seriously in terms of determining whether you are the right "fit" for the job. Turn in test, then meet with recruiter and then with people in your department. You meet at least some of the Watkins to get their approval to get hired.
The personality assessment test results were discussed in the interview, and you don't know the results until this time so be aware that this may come up.
