The interview was primarily a personality assessment, with some focus on my skills and vision. If things align well, they typically provide immediate positive feedback. The process usually consists of two steps: the first combines a technical/skills test with a personality evaluation. If that goes well, the next step is a follow-up call to discuss the appointment package. What I can confirm is, interviewers ( usually 2 interviewers are present) are super friendly and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible, It's more like an open discussion than an interview. Only for Dev jobs there is an Written test and For designers there might be a small task evaluation.
