Got a quick phone call after my application, then two Skype interviews, one from the woman I would replace and another one from who I understood was one of the CEO. The first woman interviewing gave me the impression of thinking she was better than she really is and was sometimes very condescending. They were supposed to let me know the week after, I never heard from them again, which is highly unprofessional. Good or bad, candidates need an answer, as they are looking for jobs, it's the first time in my life that someone just never get back to me with an answer at all, big waste of time, I do not recommend at all.
