I was interviewed over the phone twice. I was then forwarded a hiring packet that I filled out and faxed back. I then set up a third interview which will take place tomorrow.

You will first get a call from a recruiter to talk about some basics of the job, pay expectations, and to schedule an hour-long video interview with them and the hiring manager. That hour long interview is called a "technical interview" and the questions are based like "tell me about a time when you..., what was the outcome, how did you reach that decision, etc." Each question had 3-5 questions within it.
