Initial phone screening was typical. The panel interview was very formal and overly structured. The interviewers were preoccupied and seemed to be focused on their phones when I was responding to their questions.

During this interview process, I had a phone number call with a very nice lady followed by an interview a few days later. She seems very eager to talk to me and was willing to answer any questions and concerns I had.
