For whatever reason I wasn't able to have a physical interview during the process so I was actually screened via preliminary short phone interview and then a somewhat more comprehensive one after that. Neither interview was particularly difficult and both were under 30 minutes. However, I think at that time the company may have been quite busy and as my brother (who also works for the company) vouched for me, they may have been less inclined to need to have a physical interview. Generally, they would certainly interview most people on site.
