It was a three stage interview. First with the business team, then with the technical team, The last interview was with the HR team. It was long winded but fair.

Firstly a telephone interview with a recruter who found my application on careers website. She told me all about the job and invited me to attend a face to face interview at the London offece. There were 2 women who tested my knowledge on investment industry and why do I want to work here. Never got back to me after.
