Disappointment for a job match that was perfect for myself. Interview kicked off with a freelance recruiter reaching out. Keep in mind she was only hired a few weeks before this interview happened. Her vague knowledge about the company and ability to genuinely connect lacked throughout the conversation. Why? I personally feel it was her NOT being present and attentive. You could obviously hear here walking around and fiddling with dishes or something else. It's a truly a disappointment because she's the first impression to the company.
