Panel interview followed by a written test, which was both multiple choice and ac writing sample. Though I was not immediately offered the job, I had my fingerprints taken on the same day as the interview to initiate the background check process.

Completed application on federal employment website, the application was completed on USA jobs. Took several months after application before interview. Interview consisted on a variety of questions about customer service and application capabilities.

The interview process was average they asked general questions and behavioral questions. My interview was over the phone it was a panel of five people interviewing me asking different questions.

Very Good interview with a well informed interviewer. Learned the job duties in a concise manner. I appreciate the knowledge of the interviewer and their understanding of the agency and position.
