They call you immediately after you apply online. There are three interviews in total and all three are face to face. It is very unnecessary considering they are not a legit company. The first interviewer just takes 5 minutes and you talk about yourself only. The second one takes 15 minute and you go to a coffee shop to talk about why you think you're the best fit for this position and also your previous experiences. The interviewer asks the same question with different wordings so you end up repeating your answers. The third one is just a repetition and no new questions were asked.
