First round was a recruiter screening. Simple enough. Initially second round was a panel interview but suddenly they swapped it to an assessment which consisted of SIX assignments. Each one was lengthy and required a couple hours of work. DO NOT DO THESE. At this point, this company is all red flags and is essentially getting people to submit months of work for free for them. The assignment required the candidate to complete 3 month strategy plan, recreate entire email campaigns, content, design and more.
