My interview process with SoSafe took a little over a month, but it was a very smooth and well-guided journey from start to finish. I truly appreciated the transparency and communication throughout. What stood out to me was how I was kept informed at every stage of the process. After each interview round, I received feedback, which not only helped me understand how I was doing but also made the process feel more collaborative and respectful. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in making the experience a positive one. Overall, it was one of the more structured and candidate-friendly interview processes I’ve been part of.

The first interview was for screening. Which is okay, but at the same stage, they game me a take home test. Which was easy. And with no convincing reason I got rejected two weeks later. Tech companies need to start realizing they should not waste candidates time. You cannot screen a senior with a stupid take a home test. A senior would have understand a rejection if it is due to behavioral thing or a complex system design thing.
