Nothing special. They seemed incredibly desperate and needy because of high turnover. I have a very upbeat and happy personality and this had a big impact on the interviewer but he seemed very new to the process. He could not really explain to me what the position all really entailed and that did make me somewhat concerned but he seemed happy. He also said that they were a people company and that employees drove the business " we place a lot of importance on our employees and their value".
