Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn stating I had what they were looking for. She scheduled the call and called 15 mins late. Once called with in 30 seconds placed me on hold. Few mins later placed me on hold again. Interview informal.
Very disruptive as to why the last manager didn't work out. Didn't seem overly interested in my background once she realized I manage inventory processing rather than call center volumes. She was straight forward at the end about the minimum requirements they were looking for and that I didn't meat them because of call center.
