Had first interview with recruiter through indeed. Was invited for another interview withthin 48 hours. The interviewers and staff did not have it together. They kept apologizing for taking so long and not being ready. One of the recruiters for Sofi female had on Tight Skinny Jeans, tshirt and flip fop sandals on at a Interview scheduling. They also had no information on me did not have any update on my interview process. Finally was called in and interviewed with 2 people. 1st guy was extremly nice and informative and excited about his job. We talked awhile. I have 15 years of customer service, 5 year banking and mortgage expierence. So I already knew my background matched perfectly. Then it was time to interview with second person. you could tell he did not want to be there. His questions were so basic. This company is not looking for advanced, mature, or skillfull prospects. If you have expirence and or manager level they will not hire you. Especially if you have a mortgage background. There looking for young individuals they can mold with no expierence Not looking for mature and expierence. The interview was also in a hotel
