I was first contacted via email to perform a personality test. It was very simple and straight forward. After about a week I was contacted by HR via email to schedule an interview via Microsoft Teams. It was a very straight forward interview. They asked me very basic interview questions used to learn my experience level.

The questions were not technical. One was how I have overcome a weakness in my job, or how I approach difficult work problems. Also they want to know how you work in a team.

Group interview first, the individual department interviews subsequently. By department interviews I mean I was interviewed at over five different departments and ultimately landed in one of them. From there the interview I had with the department I got hired in had me do a group presentation,

What was a problem you faced in your previous role and how did you ultimately resolve the issue?
lots of questions. most where basic and related to how you deal wiht issues in the workplace and how you wokr with others. there was one technical question asking how NG is transmitted from reservoirs to houses.
