It is important to know that we have a structured interview process and it does require time from both our candidates and our hiring managers. Each year, a third party, Workplace Dynamics, who partners with OC Register, finds out which OC employers want to participate in their annual survey. Workplace Dynamics then sends out the employee survey rating the employer on areas such as workplace culture, pay, benefits, and recognition. All results are administrated by Workplace Dynamics and OC Register notifies all companies who earned TOP Workplace award in early December.
