      Three interviews - Recruiter, Hiring Manager & a panel interview. For panel interview one has to prepare & present a presentation. The president of the company focused too much on the acquisition by Xerox. Asked and answered most questions. Very frustrating!

      This was the basic interview first with the recruiter who orchestrated the phone interview and told me what the salary was for this position. The second interview was at the office in Ontario with the office manager. Very laid back and very proud of her wall of employees. If you get a interview make sure you talk about her wall she loves it.

      Fair - Interview panel, but hiring manager has the final decision. Questions about background, handling difficult customers, knowledge of territory. Just remember in your interview that most of the best salespeople just do it. My manager once told me "the razzle dazzle approach usually fizzles" - customers want to keep it simple; since most products are largely the same, they want someone they feel they can trust and that isn't afraid of hearing no or overcoming their objections. I now believe it working in LA.

      Not one in particular. Just cant be afraid of rejection - you'll get many more no's in selling than yes', but that yes can be big
