Had a screening call and then was scheduled for an interview about 3 weeks later. Had to follow up with the recruiter about scheduling. Thought the interview went really well, said they’d be in touch by the following week. I sent a thank you email to the interviewer a couple days later and was met with radio silence. Which was disappointing because she was very nice and I genuinely enjoyed talking with her. Still haven’t heard anything and it’s been a month.
