Spoke with various representatives at the career fair and submitted my resume. They reached out to me to schedule an in-person interview at their Ankeny office. The interview was held in a formal conference room. I was interviewed simultaneously by the HR Director and two engineers. They asked me questions based off my resume and scenario-based questions. At the end of my interview, the HR Director gave me a walking tour of the office. I was called the next day with a verbal offer. The written offer, however, took a couple weeks.
