First interview was via Zoom with the Compliance Hiring Manager. Second interview was to be onsite but super last minute the Compliance Hiring Manager changed his mind and instead I had 2 other Zoom interviews with members of the compliance team. Another Zoom interview with the Compliance Hiring Manager. A final Zoom interview with the People Operations Manager. The initial process of interviewing with Snowflake was really great until final rounds where basically the Compliance Hiring Manager and Recruiting Coordinator "Ghosted" me even though both said that they will get back to me. I followed up twice via email but again no response. I checked the Snowflake Linkedin page and saw that they reposted the same position wanting someone with more years of experience which is fine but would have appreciated at least a simple rejection letter/email instead of being ignored.
