Entrevista
Technical, cultural, and mock presentation were the three phases of my interview. Mock presentation - which is the most irritating round since they sent the agenda but don't want to walk through all the slides (they should have deleted it from agenda but they didn't), individuals on the panel don't know how to architect TB's of data, They kept asking stupid questions, not expecting the logical response rather than the one they already knew. Advice to Snowflake: Please appoint a knowledgeable member to the panel, ask a logical questions, and see if the applicant can address the problem. Do not ask that why it is done in this manner, even if the applicant claims it is the regulatory policy.

The worst company I have ever interviewed with. They reached out to me 2 times (2 years apart), both times I received a written offer and when I followed up was told there was a pause on recruiting (the first time) and was ghosted the second. Not worth it at all. A fake company that pushes positivity only to treat people badly

Entrevista
Stage 1: Recruiter Screening (30 mins)

Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview (30 mins)
* Discussion of professional background.
* Focused on scenario-based questions (mostly behavioral/soft skills) with some high-level technical discussion.
Stage 3: Technical Architecture Deep Dive (90 mins)
* Definitions: Rapid-fire technical definitions (e.g., Data Lake, Generative AI, Feature Stores).
* Architecture Exercise (15 mins): Choice of 3 scenarios to design and present back to the interviewers.
* Follow-up: Continued technical definition questions based on the exercise.
Stage 4: Stakeholder Role Play (60 mins)
* Presentation: You present an architecture from a past project.
* Simulation: Treat the interviewers as business stakeholders.
* Q&A: A series of questions focused on how you communicate technical concepts to a non-technical or executive audience.
Stage 5: Leadership Sync (30 mins)
* Format: In-person interview.
* Interviewer: Senior leadership (Head of Department or Director level).
