It was really... strange. The interviewer was being super negative about his own company. He said that they were in the “fat trimming” process of the company and cutting budgets along the way.... if that’s true then why are you interviewing me for a sales position??? He also asked what I wanted to do later in life and I mentioned that I wanted to eventually move into marketing. He was super concerned that i didn’t want to do sales all my life. Yes that can be a sales tactic in itself but I answered it truthfully. Just very weird interview overall.
The interview process is split up in multiple steps that evaluate your familiarity with sales and the tech landscape while also giving you a chance to familiarise yourself with the company culture.

The interview process was efficient and enjoyable. After the initial screening, I moved through the next rounds within two weeks and had about a week to prepare for the final panel. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and encouraging, and while the interviews were challenging, they felt fair and supportive rather than designed to trip me up.

Tricky, they word the questions difficultly. It’s worth educating yourself on what Snowflake does and who their competitors are in the sector. The interview is an intense 30 - 45 minute interview.
