Very friendly interviewer - brief description of the company, the role, and how the role fits within the team. This was followed by my questions about the role and the company, my background, and a sample work problem.

There was an initial phone screening from the head of HR and then a technical phone interview with the VP of Engineering. It was an easy process and the couple people I spoke with were easy to get along with. The VP was very patient even when I didn't have quite the right answer; he took time to explain some of the concepts necessary for the job.
