Started with a phone interview with a completely air headed corporate employee then in person interview. Scheduled interview in the middle of the afternoon so you had to take a whole day off to attend the interview. Absolute horrible experience-not professional at all. I see why they can't keep employees.
Great low stress interview. Manager was really nice and answered all of my questions. Great brand and territory. I would say this was a typical interview but great people. I have been a mechanic for a long time and felt this would be a good segway into a different job.

Tell me about your experience in industrial plants?
I worked through a recruiter who did most of the vetting process while also helping me with preparation. Once I got face to face with the company, it was more them speaking AT me rather than asking me anything actually challenging. Mostly to make sure I understand what the role is.
