I interviewed with Snap Finance at the end of 2024. After about a month and 7 interviews, I got an offer of $295k base + 10% bonus. Declined because the interviewers didn't seem like guys I would want to work with (pretentious a-holes). I also had a better offer elsewhere that didn't require me to move across the country.
