The interview process was strange with timing. I didn't hear back from them until 3 months after applying, then the process speeded up. I was asked to eventually submit a writing sample after a 2nd panel interview and then I was ghosted. I see they changed the requirements from remote to in person. It seems they didn't know what they wanted.
