First interview was over the phone and very organized, and the second was a more in-depth, multi-person interview at the Smithsonian offices. I met with four different higher-ups and it was clear that they had spent a lot of time going over my cover letter and resume, asking me interesting questions about my previous work experience and how I could transition that to their open position.
