My experience was more of a recruitment session then an interview for a specific job, but their process was to have that first interview, then they would have you come to their office, in my case it was the DC office, if selected for a second interview, then they would make an offer. I had to contact the interviewer to hear back from them.

Applied online and had a video interview (applied out of state). Interview felt very positive.
I heard nothing back - even after writing a appreciative follow up and an additional inquiry about the positions availability.
I would not recommend an office to any person when it fails to extend a professional courtesy in return for that expressed by an applicant. Companies like this are not worth your career, time, and effort.
