The head IT is is very friendly, the interviewer presented the company profile, how the company works and what will be the role all about. The personality test is easy. My background is Waterfall, and somehow the expectation is for me to work in Agile environment. I am not prepared, and somehow the interviewer is not familiar of the water fall methodology. Overall the interview is good with honest feedback why I did get the job.
