I had an initial phone interview, which went well. I was then asked to do a writing exercise and they would let me know from there if they wanted to do a second interview. They gave me a week to do the exercise, I finished it in 2 days. It took roughly 3.5 hours to complete. They got back with me the next day (a Friday) and wanted to interview on Monday. It was a panel interview with 7 people. They were very condescending and seemed as if they tried to discredit my work history and qualifications. I was not offered the position even though I met all of their qualifications. It was a huge waste of time honestly.
