The interview process is a behavioral interview that does not necessarily focus on job qualifications. The interview was a phone interview, and never went further. The interview asks a series of questions about how an individual handles situations rather than asking the employee about their qualifications for the position. For someone who just graduated college, they will not be able to answer certain questions related to handling certain situations.
