The interview process from the beginning was awful and unprofessional, and the recruiter is below mediocre. I am not one to write negative reviews but this was appalling. After an initial interview call explaining the steps and a follow-up booked, the recruiter just ghosted. I believe there is an ego that comes with the role of a recruiter for a large organisation like this, and he completely ghosted me. The role was posted numerous times in the weeks, and I had a direct line of communication. Please be aware of S&N's recruiters as they will mess you about, especially in a time like this where having a pipeline of opportunities matters especially when you have been made redundant. If you've not heard from them within 72 hours, assume they have just forgotten about you, and do not expect a response. Recruiters nowadays get a bad rap, and he definitely does.
