The interview process was very unprofessional. The first interview was a phone screen with the recruiter. The second interview was with the hiring manager. The third interview was with the hiring manager and his team. The process was not very well organized. The interviewers were late and also had technical difficulties with MS Teams. After 3 rounds of interview, they said they will let me know what the next step is. I never heard back from the recruiter or the hiring manager. I sent a courteous email to the recruiter asking what the next step is but I got ghosted. Candidates invest their time with the interview process. At least send an email to let the candidate know you decided to go with another candidate.

Entrevista
I worked with an outside recruiter. The entire process was organized and efficient. The group I interviewed was in a random location away from the rest of the office which did not seem ideal.
